wait for the water to be hot and steamy before placing the steamer

place the steamer where you leave a bar of soap in your shower so it gets occasionally splashed (but not soaked!) for a light aromatherapy experience.

place the steamer near the shower drain for a stronger experience so the water is running around the steamer, but not directly on top of it.

make sure the steamer is not getting hit with direct water flow or it will dissolve quickly!
